  1. Many employers consider that organisational performance is enhanced by clearly defining the management competencies required of their senior staff. Organisations put time and effort into implementing management competency frameworks that set out the anticipated behaviours considered necessary to achieve their business aims and objectives. Is this all so much hogwash, or does it have real value?
